Zero stars for this place! Went for car inspection and they charged me $440 while other places only charge $280. Was thinking because of a hefty price they will be lenient but the owner was so harsh he even found underbody scratch on the part that never been in any damage. Car is like new, only one year old. The owner told me it needs to be better than new. That's a bit unfair in my opinion. Hence the negative review.

Absolutely horrendous, If you want to actually talk to someone, they're NOT INTERESTED. Dont waste your time ringing the 1300 number it sends you on a BS loop of dial 1 for this etc etc etc. Keeps telling you basically, we have no interest in talking with you or allowing you human contact, go to our website, locate the necessary forms you'll need, fill it out and we might get back to you. McGowan, lift your effing game.....

Replace rear door of VW Transporter and re-install the reversing camera and window mesh/guard all in 3 days. On time and no drama. Recommended especially if your vehicle works for a living.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Quoted me a reasonable amount and stuck with the quote even when the job turned out to be a bit more complicated and ran overtime. Support local business like this, they are the real deal.

Would give it negative 5 stars if I could! Stay away from this business.Went to get a quote in Dec2022 and they charged $187 to get a quote, paid onsite, but no quote or report issued until today 2nd Feb 2023, and they refuse to process refund.We spoke to them in January and the staff said they will check the status and call back, but they never did. Called them again today for refund they were so rude, making excuses, refused to refund and hang up the phone while I was still talking!! Terrible attitude! If we didn't call them today, they've surely forgotten about it, simply just got the money and not doing their job.Ask for refund because it's been too long and we no longer need the report. Said they were waiting on the quotes of parts from supplier, but you should have told us before we paid, or last month when we called, not until today!Terrible business, stay away from it!

Helpful staff, everything was explained regarding required forms and supporting doc's needed for my application on phone , prior to my visit where I filled in forms tendered correct document supporting application paid the fee and wait the 8 weeks for processing. Staff were helpful every time I have been there.

Booked my car for Dot inspection and leave my car there around 08:30 in the morning. they said they will call you within 3 to 4 hours when its ready. I just waited and didn’t get any call from them. When I called them they said you can collect your car and its pass. Upon arrival at 4 pm my car was still there where I parked and they said its not pass. I will not recommend it to others.

I went in to sort out some forms and the kindest people helped me out and got it all done with a smile. Thank you so much!
